Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the sp999 platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, together with the sp999 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or promotional terms published on the sp999 website from time to time. All such documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the sp999 platform, including visitors who browse without an account, registered account holders, and any person who accesses the sp999 website from any device, browser, or location. sp999 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. • You must not be employed by sp999, its affiliates, agents, licensors, or software providers in any capacity that would create a conflict of interest.

sp999 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time for the purpose of confirming a player's age, identity, and source of funds. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification outcome.

Account Registration &amp ; Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active sp999 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering your sp999 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sp999 account login credentials, including your username and password.

• You must notify sp999 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• sp999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administration fee or closure in accordance with sp999's dormant account policy.

Deposits & Withdrawals

sp999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed directly through these local payment rails. sp999 does not accept cash deposits or payments from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name.

All deposits are credited to your sp999 account balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit within the sp999 platform. sp999 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which sp999 accepts no responsibility.

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, in accordance with sp999's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. sp999 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically settled within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take up to three (3) business days.
• sp999 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain network confirmation times and applicable network fees, which are deducted from the withdrawal amount.

Bonuses & Promotions

sp999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, deposit match offers, and other incentives to registered players ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the offer on the sp999 website or communicated directly to eligible players.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all sp999 Promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered through eligible games or bet types before a withdrawal can be made.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the sp999 platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to each market, event, or game title, as published on the sp999 platform. In the event of any conflict between the specific game or market rules and these Terms, the specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market only.

The following general betting rules apply across the sp999 sportsbook and casino:

• All bets are final once confirmed. sp999 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted, except in circumstances where sp999 determines that an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• sp999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that has been affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any irregular activity brought to sp999's attention by a governing body or regulatory authority.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day. Limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface and may be adjusted by sp999 at its discretion.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of a sporting event (e.g., a wicket in cricket, a goal in football). Bets placed during a suspension period may be voided.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. sp999 does not influence game outcomes. All RNG systems are independently tested and certified.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game session that prevents the completion of a round or hand, sp999 will resolve the round in accordance with its technical failure policy, which may include voiding the round and refunding the stake.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sp999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one sp999 account, or attempting to circumvent a previous account closure by registering a new account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain any unfair advantage on the sp999 platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the sp999 platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of those promotions.
• Using the sp999 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your sp999 account without prior authorisation from sp999 support. Unauthorised chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and debt recovery action.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing sp999 staff, support agents, or other players in any form of communication.

Responsible Gaming

Privacy & Data Protection

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sp999 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the sp999 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from gambling losses.
• Loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Interruption of service, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond sp999's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers used to process deposits or withdrawals.

sp999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sp999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Termination

sp999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your sp999 account at any time, with or without prior notice, if sp999 reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account termination, sp999 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any amounts subject to pending investigation) to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.

You may close your sp999 account voluntarily at any time by contacting sp999 support. If you are closing your account due to a gambling problem, please activate self-exclusion through your account settings before or in conjunction with your closure request to ensure the strongest available protection.

Amendments to These Terms

sp999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, sp999 will endeavour to notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
